Terms of Service

Prophecy247.com ("the site"), operated by Vision Tech LLC (2342 W Hunter CT, Phoenix, AZ 85085), aggregates publicly available prophetic content from independent YouTube ministries. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Content attribution and fair use
All prophecy excerpts, summaries, and transcripts are derived from publicly posted YouTube videos produced by the original ministries and speakers. Intellectual property rights to the underlying spoken content belong to those creators. The site's role is limited to aggregation, deduplication, classification, and indexing for study, research, and commentary — activities generally supported under the fair-use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107).
No endorsement, no warranty
Inclusion of a prophecy on this site is not an endorsement of its theological accuracy, interpretation, or fulfillment. Statements of prophetic revelation are the claims of the original speakers; the site makes no representation about their validity. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use it at your own discretion.
Takedown requests
If you are the original speaker, ministry, or rights holder for content that appears on this site and you would like it removed, please contact us with the video ID (the string after /v/ in the URL) and the reason for the request. Legitimate takedown requests are honored promptly.
Acceptable use
- You may browse, link to, and cite individual pages freely.
- You may not scrape the site at a rate that burdens the infrastructure. Scripted access that overloads the service may be rate-limited or blocked by Cloudflare.
- You may not republish bulk content (e.g., full transcripts or large sets of prophecies) without attribution back to the original video and to Prophecy247.com.
- You may not use the site to harass individuals or organizations featured in the content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vision Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be highlighted here and the "Last updated" date above revised.
